The project

A governance layer for national cyber resilience coordination.

AI-Sentinel Africa is positioned as adaptive intelligence: a governed capability that combines evidence, institutional context and accountable human judgement.

Cybersecurity information is often distributed across advisories, laws, sector reports, institutional mandates and operational teams. The result can be slow coordination, inconsistent evidence and unclear responsibility.

AI-Sentinel Africa brings those inputs into a common decision-support environment. It helps institutions establish a shared picture, test governance scenarios, document review and prepare defensible executive briefings—without presenting machine output as sovereign authority.

01 · COLLECT

Bring together trusted inputs

Curated institutional sources, submissions and authorised evidence enter a governed workspace.

02 · INTERPRET

Connect context and risk

Adaptive analysis organises signals against national, sector and governance priorities.

03 · REVIEW

Apply human judgement

Named reviewers challenge evidence, document gaps and control publication status.

04 · DECIDE

Prepare authorised action

Officials receive traceable options and briefings while retaining sovereign authority.

Who it serves

AI-Sentinel Africa in partnership with the Global Network for Cybersolution

Independent expert assessment · 30–40 minutes · Deadline: 15 December 2026

Public call: help strengthen AI-Sentinel Africa.

Scholars, cybersecurity and AI practitioners, policy leaders, regulators, development partners and other relevant experts are invited to independently assess the controlled demonstration and recommend practical improvements before any formal proof of concept or pilot.

What you will assess

The 39-question instrument examines strategic relevance, methodology and evidence traceability, law and privacy, AI and cybersecurity safeguards, usability, institutional value and pilot readiness.

Review the Operational Q&A →
How your response will be assessed

Submissions will receive protected administrator review for completeness, consistency, relevant expertise, strategic value, usability, governance assurance and pilot readiness.

Structured ratings will be summarised as distributions, while written observations will be analysed for recurring strengths, material concerns, safeguards, minority views and priority improvements. Findings will be reported in aggregate with limitations and an action tracker.

Assessment boundary: Responses are independent research and product-development feedback. They are not ACGF country evidence, SCRI scores, certifications, institutional endorsements or approvals. Do not submit classified, confidential, personal, customer-identifiable or live incident information.
Engage AI-Sentinel Africa
